At CFA Institute, we are looking for an exceptional Manager, Global Partnerships & Client Solutions to join our dynamic team and drive meaningful relationships with clients in the MENA region. Your Role:
Engaging with emerging markets in the MENA region, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, you will lead efforts to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Your goal will be to enhance client participation across CFA Institute’s full suite of programs and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage CFA Institute’s strong reputation and established presence in the region, where clients are highly receptive to your outreach.
You’ll work closely with our global Business Development team and broader organization to align with our strategic goals and deliver value to a diverse set of stakeholders.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. Candidates outside of Abu Dhabi will be considered within a reasonable commuting distance.

What You’ll Do:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with key client organizations, including investment professionals, HR leaders, recruiters, and executives.
- Develop strategic engagement plans, track progress, and provide actionable insights to enhance client satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering intelligence and sharing insights to inform organizational strategy.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow client engagement and expand CFA Institute’s presence.
- Present compelling solutions to senior stakeholders, tailoring our offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate across internal teams and leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
- Develop and assist others in developing, maintaining, and updating marketing collateral and other presentation and outreach materials.
- Work with CFA Society leaders to align on shared goals, support outreach programs, and deliver impactful educational initiatives.
- Partner with volunteers and local leaders to amplify CFA Institute’s mission at the grassroots level.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of experience in education, financial services, sales, or account management.
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience and a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.
- Confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management and project planning expertise, with a knack for navigating evolving priorities.
- A structured, strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- CFA charter holder would be advantageous
- Awareness of financial institutions, markets and issues preferred.
- Native level English written, verbal, listening and presentation skills. Arabic is plus.
