We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Assistant on an initial 12 month contract, to support delivery of strategy, business development initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client relationship programmes.

As a key member of the Middle East BD and Marketing Team you will report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate across sectors, offices, and central teams to enhance the firm’s brand, win new work, and deepen client engagement.

This role will be based out of our Dubai Office, and our standard working hours are 9.00am-6.00pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing or Business Development role – ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Extensive experience in customer facing roles, with the ability to build internal and external relationships to enhance the firms’ reputation,
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to deal with stakeholders at multiple levels and across various teams.
  • Great organisational skills, with experience creating highly accurate and detailed work.
  • Evidence of being proactive in your work and taking the initiative for your own workload.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment, showing resilience and bouncing back if setbacks occur.
  • Already be situated and have experience in the UAE.
