As Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will work closely with the Director, Social Media to help shape and grow the Atlantis Dubai organic social media presence. This role goes beyond scheduling posts - it requires a highly creative, strategically minded, and hands-on individual who can ideate, produce, and execute impactful content across platforms.You’ll be involved in developing social media strategies and engagement plans that support our destination-wide marketing goals, working cross-functionally with Heads of Department across operations, PR, and marketing to bring campaigns to life.A deep understanding of social media platforms - particularly Instagram, YouTube and TikTok - is essential, as is the ability to identify emerging trends and create engaging, channel-native content. You’ll be expected to independently direct or produce high-quality social assets, from concept to execution.

About The Role
- Manage Atlantis Dubai’s social media channels with day-to-day focus on content curation, publishing,and engagement.
- Lead and support the creation of the social media editorial calendar across platforms.
- Generate, edit, and publish content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community engagement.
- Build and execute data-driven strategies through audience insights, competitive analysis, and platform trends.
- Take initiative in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas, particularly for TikTok and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to source and produce compelling content.
- Track, measure, and report on social media performance and ROI to continually refine approach.
- A proactive and creative thinker with strong content creation skills.
- Solid working knowledge of platform tools, trends, and audience behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Confidence in taking ideas from concept through to production - independently when needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- A passion for storytelling and building authentic connections with audiences.
