Marketing Event Executive

Elaris, a luxury beauty and lifestyle brand under Persian Horizon, is seeking a Partnership & Event Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, footfall, and premium client acquisition through strategic partnerships, curated events, and influencer collaborations.

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for a confident, relationship-driven professional with GCC experience in luxury or lifestyle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with luxury restaurants, hotels, corporates, residences, and beauty/lifestyle brands
• Execute co-branded initiatives including VIP programs, voucher exchanges, and corporate beauty partnerships
• Plan and deliver in-salon and off-site events (VIP evenings, brand showcases, influencer and corporate activations)
• Manage micro-influencer collaborations and local community relationships
• Conduct local outreach with concierge teams, offices, and residences
• Track KPIs including footfall, voucher redemption, and influencer referrals

Requirements

• Good Personality candidate (client-facing brand role)
• 2–5 years GCC experience in partnerships, events, marketing, or luxury brands
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Presentable, brand-conscious, and comfortable with fieldwork

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, hospitality, or luxury retail
• Network within Business Bay / Downtown Dubai
• Event or influencer marketing exposure
