Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the brands team to oversee media services and requirements, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and periodically review media campaign execution, including tracking expenses and maintaining an execution deck.
  • Manage media and group-level partnership contracts and agreements with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and support group-level marketing campaigns and initiatives, from planning through execution to post-campaign effectiveness reporting.
  • Develop and sustain group-level partnerships, including reviewing effectiveness, renewing contracts, and ensuring integration with store-IT systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all brand media campaigns, maintaining high standards and error-free delivery.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Commercial and Accounts teams for media-related approvals, purchase orders, payments, and new vendor onboarding.
  • Identify new media partners, channels, and opportunities for brand consideration.
  • Conduct periodic analysis to track new marketing and media trends, as well as competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Graphics teams to develop and finalize campaign designs and media artworks.

Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of media, retail marketing, and best practices in marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with social media and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven team player.
  • Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness.
