About The Role
The Marketing and Communications Manager assists the Director of Marketing and Communications to drive and lead the operational and financial direction of marketing ensuring complete viability of the facility, maximizing all opportunities and resources. Responsible for managing short- and long-term marketing communications and promotions, as well as manage the implementation of marketing and brand building strategies for SIRO. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure marketing activations are aligned with programming calendars and budget. The Marketing Manager promotes the overall SIRO philosophy and services working together with our guests and members to unlock and achieve their goals. Curating a journey dedicated to a guest’s needs, delivering not only rewarding experiences in the short term, but also long-lasting, sustainable success to reinforce the reputation and profile of SIRO for providing an immersive lifestyle destination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- PR & Media Relations: media engagement, agency management, crisis communications, press room content, hosting media and KOLs. Responsible for writing SIRO brand promotion and product press release and have the ability to review and check media press releases drafted by appointed regional PR agency.
- Marketing & Communications strategies: According to the overall plan for brand activities formulated by the Director of Marketing and Global brand team, set up the detailed implementation plans, events. Responsible for project summary and market feedback after each event.
- Hotel brand positioning: identify and drive the hotel’s positioning statements, values and USPs working closely with Director of Marketing and Communications and local PR agency. Craft persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from colleagues, local communities, and industry peers.
- Storytelling development and content creation: Support on storytelling strategies that include, but not limited to: brand partnerships, hotel activations, guest programming, content creation, photo and video shoots, post production
- Agency management: In tandem with Director of Marketing and Communications, build relationships and liaise with local PR agency.
- Partnerships : Identify and pursue strategic local and regional partnerships to help position the hotel, capture new audiences and future guests, and create new and engaging content and events.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages a distinctive advantage.
- Internationally recognized Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Social Media/Advertising / or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years brand marketing and PR experience in the service industry. Strong social media skills and experience.
- Marketing experience with luxury brands. (Desirable) Operational experience in Fitness and Spa industry. (Desirable) Experience in Sales and Business Development. (Desirable)
- To have an outstanding customer service skills and a welcoming and sociable personality Attention to detail and aptitude to maintain a very hygienic environment.
- Strong skills in administration.
- To possess a positive attitude, superior interpersonal skills and strong leadership.
- Strong ability to coach and motivate colleague to achieve sales and service goals, build clientele, monitor.
- Flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
