As the Marketing Manager for the MEA region you will provide strategy and tools to the company’s sales force in order to increase market share and profitability for the Wound Care Business Area

  • Prepare and consolidate marketing plans to promote brands/products
  • Create presentations and promotions for the sales force and customers
  • Manage and analyze customer base establishing brand/product prices
  • Develop and maintain budget for the assigned projected monthly sales
  • Implement strategic plans for new and existing brands/products
  • Develop proposals to enable operational sales planning
  • Coordinate performance of competitive analysis in order to position products
  • Establish and maintain a network of KOLs across the region
  • Suggest and perform feasibility studies of ideas and products
  • Attend appropriate trade shows and industry meetings (roughly 50% travel)
  • Work with Clinical Research team to initiate studies to support marketing claims

What You’ll Need

  • Clear strategic thinking with the ability to bring together commercial and creative
  • Relevant Marketing or Scientific related degree with MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years healthcare experience including in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management and forecasting techniques
  • Commercial mindset, demonstrable leadership and strong business acumen
  • Proven track record working within complex selling environments
  • Excellent customer relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem solving, presentation & project management knowledge
