MENA Operations Project Intern (Graduate-to-Hire Program) - (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

TikTok LIVE is a fast-growing business within TikTok that focuses on real-time content, creator monetization, and interactive community experiences. Through LIVE streaming, creators connect authentically with their audiences, build sustainable content, and unlock diversified monetization opportunities, while users enjoy highly engaging and immersive interactions. Operating at the intersection of content, technology, and data, TikTok LIVE works closely with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams to scale high-quality LIVE ecosystems across global markets and shape the future of live digital entertainment.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Support the daily operations of TikTok LIVE, including creator management, content analysis, and campaign execution
• Work closely with creators and streamers to optimize LIVE performance and audience engagement
• Analyze LIVE content trends, user behavior, and creator performance data to support business decisions
• Assist in planning and executing LIVE events, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and regional teams
• Contribute ideas to improve creator experience, monetization efficiency, and community health
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduated in 2026 or 2027, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in STEM-related disciplines (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Data, etc.); Communication / Marketing / PR majors are also considered
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 4 months (6 months preferred), starting in January or June 2026
• Strong proficiency in Arabic (C1 level or above) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience at a technology or internet company
• Positive creator or streamer, with hands-on experience in running content IPs, managing audiences or communities, and driving monetization, engagement, or growth
• Strong understanding of LIVE streaming platforms and creator ecosystems
