Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is supporting the Aftersales department by resolving SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) issues for front end users, package maintenance to generate revenue, data management on SAP backend tables for system integration, and project management related to systems and processes.

Overview of the role:

What you will do:
- MIS Reports
- Identify and implement change initiatives using the SAP platform, current and future technology.
- Develop SAP skills of managers at different locations to prepare Key Performance Indicators to monitor and improve performance
- Identify the best and innovative working practices being used in the workshops and ensure implementation across all locations
- Maintenance of SAP Master Data
- Service staff Incentive and commissions working and submission to finance
- Analytical skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience is preferred
