We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant OBGYN with proven leadership capabilities to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care while also contributing to strategic planning, departmental leadership, and mentoring junior staff.

We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant OBGYN with proven leadership capabilities to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care while also contributing to strategic planning, departmental leadership, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgeries.
- Lead and supervise the OBGYN department, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development.
- Mentor and train junior physicians, residents, and medical students.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the department.
- Medical degree with specialization in obstetrics & gynecology.
- Board certification (e.g., American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior consultant role.
- Valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Track record of clinical innovation and quality improvement.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and digital health tools.
