Job Description
What You’ll Do
Manages a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives/Managers for a territory/region. Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Develops working relationships with license, consulting, education, and/or support field managers to develop joint account plans. Develops and executes strategic plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent guidance from the area manager or director. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Handles escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. Conducts sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge in cloud sales: Spearhead the sales of Oracle’s cloud proposition, driving new negotiations and expanding collaborations with customers and partners.
- Strategic leadership: Implement our cloud strategy across your region, ensuring alignment among your team, other internal Oracle Sales teams
- Team success: Manage a high-performing team, guiding them with clear objectives, regular coaching, and the support they need to be successful at what they do.
- Build lasting relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level customers and partners, as well as your internal leader peers.
- Leverage your expertise: Bring your deep understanding of Oracle technology and strategy, helping your team achieve success.
