As Offer Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Eaton’s sustainability and energy transition offerings by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation, recurring revenue, and market adoption of sustainable energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Data Centers, Utilities, and the Building segment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with renewable energy providers, utilities, and technology innovators to enhance Eaton’s sustainability offerings.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring both commercial and technical integration into Eaton’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead commercialization efforts, including pricing models, revenue-sharing strategies, and sales enablement for partner-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, digital, and operations teams to align and integrate partner technologies.
  • Support M&A evaluations by conducting technical due diligence and assessing new business models and investment opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure partnership success across performance, revenue, adoption, and sustainability impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities aligned with energy transition trends and Eaton’s engineering strategy.
  • Influence product and innovation roadmaps by leveraging insights from partnerships, market trends, and regulatory developments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in offer management, business development, or partnerships within energy transition, sustainability, or digital solutions.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling strategic partnerships.


Skills

  • Deep understanding of sustainability and energy transition markets.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience structuring profitable partnership agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed, and multinational environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.
