As an Office Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the office environment. This includes maintaining tidy and hygienic workspaces, preparing and serving beverages to guests, and ensuring the pantry is well-stocked and clean.

- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas, in line with company standards.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to staff and visitors as required.
- Maintain the pantry area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies such as coffee, tea, water, disposable cups, and snacks.
- Monitor pantry inventory and coordinate with the designated team member for replenishment when stock is low.
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and pantry areas throughout the day.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with beverages and light refreshments, if requested.
- Report any maintenance or facility issues to the administration or facilities team for timely resolution.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support occasional ad hoc administrative or housekeeping tasks, as assigned
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
