Job Objectives
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role supports employees and management by ensuring a clean, well-organized, and welcoming work environment and by assisting with basic office and administrative tasks.

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role supports employees and management by ensuring a clean, well-organized, and welcoming work environment and by assisting with basic office and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting room, and common area at all times.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Dispose of waste properly in accordance with office hygiene standards.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned, if required.
- Follow company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar office support or helper role.
- Basic communication skills in English (spoken).
- Prior experience in the UAE.
- Strong sense of responsibility and honesty.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Cooperative and respectful attitude.
- Willingness to assist and support team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of office hygiene and safety standards.
- Physically fit to perform office support duties.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions Polite and professional interaction with employees, visitors, and management.
- We are in Media City- Arenco Tower 6 to 7 min walking distant to the metro station.
