As a Process Coordinator you will be reporting to Director of Talent Acquisition working out of our head office in Conrad Business Offices provides administrative support, coordinates training programs, and ensures seamless communication and logistical operations to enhance employee development and performance.

Responsibilities include

Manage and maintain the L&D team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, workshops, and events. Co-ordinate with Civil, MEP, Architecture, Finance and other departments for formulating their training calendars & ensure the successful implementation of Process Training by departmental trainers.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes. Prepare and update training schedules, plans, and reports for the L&D department. Assist in the preparation of quarterly or annual reports on training and development activities.

Handle general correspondence for the L&D department, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

Act as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and managers regarding training programs and events. Communicate training opportunities and schedules to employees, ensuring clear understanding and maximum participation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.

Coordinate logistical arrangements for in-house training events, including room bookings, catering, and equipment setup. Ensure training venues are appropriately prepared, including technology and resource requirements. Assist with any post-training activities, such as gathering feedback from participants and trainers.

Assist in managing the L&D budget, including tracking expenditures for training programs, materials, and resources. Help track inventory of training supplies and materials, ensuring resources are available for upcoming sessions.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including employee training records and performance data.

Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
