- Manage and ensure effective employee/labor relations
- Provides positive and strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring for employees/labors monitor performance and results
- Assist with developing business relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third party vendors.
- Develop all activity sites with necessary materials for efficient, safe, and service-oriented events.
- Ensure product safety during storage and material handling activities
- Maintain operation documentation and records to ensure compliance with company standards and local government regulatory agencies.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Facility Management Services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
