After expanding from Hong Kong to Singapore, China, Korea, Malaysia, Australia and Thailand. OnTheList has landed in UAE in 2024! To cope with our upcoming flash sales we are looking for experienced Professional to join our local team!
The Operations Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to operations management, customer service, marketing support, and administrative work. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. He/ She will have a startup 360 degree mindset and should be ready to contribute to all functions of the business.
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
Operations support
- Oversee and manage product assortment to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer needs, working on excel, formatting, editing images...
- Assist in pricing strategies and adjustments to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities and process optimization.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving problems efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and support.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
Administrative Work:
- Manage and review contracts from brands and other partners to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support in various areas, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other company activities.
WHAT IT TAKES
- 2+ years of experience in Operations or Ecommerce Operations role.
- Strong attention to detail and numbers.
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
