The Digital Manager will lead the management of multi-platform digital initiatives, including web, social media, and digital marketing. This role oversees the production, coordination, and delivery of all digital content, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. The Digital Manager will implement digital policies, procedures, and guidelines to produce effective marketing assets that support project launches and corporate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement through digital channels.
  • Oversee all social media platforms, managing content creation, scheduling, and audience interaction. Stay updated on trends to boost engagement and brand promotion, particularly for the company’s films.
  • Manage and optimize company's website using the CMS to ensure it is aligned with brand standards, user-friendly, and effective in driving conversions. Lead SEO efforts and oversee regular updates and improvements.
  • Liaise with agencies to discuss project briefs, requirements, and progress, providing recommendations as necessary.
  • Develop and implement targeted content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns on platforms like MailChimp, both for the brand and film-related promotions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital, Marketing Manager, and Operations Team to manage backup, delivery, and distribution of film-related content.
  • Research, write, proofread, and edit digital content across all media platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies to establish and monitor performance benchmarks and paid media costs.
  • Measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide in-depth performance analysis.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide social performance and sentiment reports on an ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI and budget utilization to the Head of Digital.
  • Handle digital-related contracts in coordination with legal and operations teams.

Key Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Industry-specific training in digital marketing.
  • Preferred training in social data analytics, SEO, and SEM.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing, with specific expertise in the MENA region.
  • Proven experience managing company websites and implementing content via a CMS.
  • Strong knowledge of regional social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Ability to generate and analyze digital and social reports for both social media platforms and websites.
  • Experience in SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Prior experience with international media groups is a plus but not mandatory.
