Role: Operations Manager - Turning Pointe Dance School

This leadership role supports the Principal with day-to-day operations, parent communication, staff coordination, and ensuring a positive experience for every family at Turning Pointe. You’ll be a calm, professional presence for parents and staff, helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and supporting the team across branches
• Being a main point of contact for parents and ensuring clear, warm communication
• Collaboration in Coordinating schedules, timetables, and studio logistics
• Supporting teachers, admin staff, shows, and special events
