The Operations Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and strategic direction to all operations staff. He/she will lead and drive the delivery of organizational effectiveness, high standards of patient care and experience.
MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
10+ years operational management experience preferably in retail or hospitality sectors
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong experience in operational management, financial planning, strategic management
Arabic speaker is essential for this role.

The Operations Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and strategic direction to all operations staff. He/she will lead and drive the delivery of organizational effectiveness, high standards of patient care and experience.
- Create and implement standard operational procedure (SOP) and work flow to achieve operational excellence, in compliance with the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and the UAE federal laws and in conjunction with the Corporate Manager.
MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
10+ years operational management experience preferably in retail or hospitality sectors
