About The Job
As Operations Manager in the Mall of Emirates store Dubai, you will manage all aspects of product flow, loss prevention, facilities, and health & safety. You will lead, manage and develop the stock team and partner with the management teams in store to optimise operations across and between all departments/concessions, delivering a positive impact on sales, service and stock management.

You will lead, manage and develop the stock team and partner with the management teams in store to optimise operations across and between all departments/concessions, delivering a positive impact on sales, service and stock management.
Job responsibilities
Team Management and Development
- Inspire and lead your team to proactively support the delivery of Louis Vuitton Promise, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Support the team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, partner with the Field Coach Trainer and Store Manager to tailor individual plans.
- Manage and motivate the team to meet goals; create a positive harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
- Manage product flow in and out of the store replenishment from delivery to shop floor.
- Develop initiatives to improve stock management with a direct positive impact on stock loss.
- Set up and track stock KPI's for review with Store Director on a monthly basis.
- Develop closer working relationship between stock and shop floor teams.
- Work closely with Logistics & Supply Chain to identify and address issues and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Management to ensure security risks are minimized and appropriate procedures are in place (staff, clients health and safety, fire etc.).
- Responsible for Incident Reports.
- Work closely with the regional Operations Manager to identify and address issues and areas for improvement building action plans.
- Ensure all team members have security training to support increasing awareness and reduce thefts.
Expected Attitudes & Skills
- Curious, agile and business driven, you are organized and details oriented. You have a professional attitude and a sense of service.
- Good understanding of Stocks Operations and KPI's are needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, moving priorities.
- Strong interest in fashion and luxury.
- Substantial experience in Stock or a Managerial role in a Store, in a highly brand-driven and fast-paced retail company, ideally within the fashion / luxury / accessories industry or hospitality industry, and in a multicultural environment.
