• Monitor supply schedules after fixture, report progress and updates to the Supply team, obtain relevant data and provide reports to concerned parties
• Coordinate, prepare, execute and disseminate flow of price and port information
• Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring correct, up to date paper trail of fixtures, maintain concise filing system
• Assist Collections Department on accounts for payment when necessary
• Assist in account applications and coordinate the issuance of customer accounts
• Assist in business development and chasers for the new the opportunities.
• Ready to be groomed and involved into commercial activities as & when opportunities arises.

Key Requirements:

• In excess of 2 y experience in a customer support role; preferably supporting a sales/supply team
• Experience in the marine, shipping or oil industry is a plus
• Organized, meticulous, task oriented and strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and has the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Professional presence and absolute integrity
• Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
