Job Summary

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the Dubai Supply team in our Marine business.

Core Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Daily follow up with agents on vessel’s ETA and update internal customer brokers.
• Daily follow up with supplier ops teams to ensure timely supply
• Daily follow up with surveyors nominated on supplies
• Appointment and follow up on invoices from agents & surveyors.
• Vessel Tracking for multiple ports
• Daily operations reporting
• Claims management, follow up , document collection from suppliers/surveyors/customer teams for Marine Technical analysis.
• Price reporting & updating.
  
  

Key Requirements

• In excess of 2 y experience in a customer support role; preferably supporting a sales/supply team
• Experience in the marine, shipping or oil industry and understanding of MINT/Lloyds software is preferred
• Organized, meticulous, task oriented and strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. At ease working in multicultural environment and has the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Professional presence and absolute integrity
• Ability to work after office hours and/or weekends as required
