SOL3MATES operates under Chalhoub Group, serving as a visionary platform for indie sneaker designers to bring their creative visions to fruition. The initiative breaks the mold of traditional sneaker brand collaborations by sharing ownership with the designers.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Operations Trainee with SOL3MATES you are expected to support the team on the following tasks for a 6 months period:

• Manage master data for SOL3MATES
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers
• Assist in managing suppliers
• Assist in coordinating shipments with suppliers
• Assist in coordinating shipments with logistics, warehouse, last mile team
• Assist in purchase order processes
• Assist in sales order processes
• Assist in payments & invoicing
• Assist in supplier creation
• Assist in customer creation
• Assist in Item creation
• Assist in stock management
• Support the SOL3MATES team for any legal, tech, administrative requirements
• Support the SOL3MATES team for any customer support requirement
• Support the SOL3MATES team in marketing campaigns
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Statistics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management.
