Key Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Technical Leadership

  • Define technical architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
  • Lead development of RICEW components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations using OIC and middleware platforms
  • Develop standalone applications on OCI and manage performance and scalability
  • Oversee technical solution design, code reviews, and DevOps strategy

Solution Delivery

  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of technical components
  • Address integration, security, and performance considerations
  • Collaborate with functional leads to ensure technical alignment
  • Maintain version control, deployment documentation, and coding standards

Business Development Support

  • Work with pre-sales teams to shape technical architecture and delivery plans
  • Develop estimates, technical proposals, and prototypes
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and bid defenses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, 5+ in Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Expertise in OIC, PaaS, ADF, VBCS, BIP, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy
  • Strong development skills in PL/SQL, Java, XML, JSON
  • Knowledge of OCI services (Containers, ATP, DBCS)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, HCM, SCM technical integrations
  • Familiarity with security, performance tuning, and best practices
  • Arabic speaker preferred, able to travel across the Middle East
