Oracle NetSuite Support Specialist

Job Purpose: We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Techno-Function Support Engineer (Oracle NetSuite) with expertise in Master Data Management to join our team and provide comprehensive support for our ERP system, specifically tailored to the needs of the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Production, to troubleshoot and optimize NetSuite functionality, ensuring efficient business processes and data integrity. This role requires a keen understanding of automotive industry operations and the ability to customize NetSuite features to align with business objectives.

Key Duties

• System Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle NetSuite users, resolving issues related to data entry, user access, module functionality, and system errors.
• Master Data Setup and Maintenance:
• Oversee the creation, update, and validation of all master data entries within Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage automotive-specific data elements, including part numbers, BOM structures, vehicle models, and supplier records.
• Customization & Configuration: Assist with the customization and configuration of NetSuite modules to meet specific automotive industry requirements, such as inventory management, production planning, sales, and logistics.
• Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within NetSuite, particularly for key automotive data, including vehicle models, parts inventory, BOMs, and supply chain information.
• Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with departments such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Inventory to ensure data aligns with operational needs and business processes.
• User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide end-user training on NetSuite features and best practices tailored to the automotive sector.
• System Integration Support : Work closely with IT to support integrations between NetSuite and other critical automotive software, such as CRM, PLM, and inventory management systems.
• Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with business units to identify improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of NetSuite usage.
• Reporting and Analytics : Generate, maintain, and distribute essential reports for operational decision-making, including sales, inventory levels, production schedules, and financial performance..
  
  

Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in NetSuite administration or support, ideally within the automotive industry or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automotive industry operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, production, and sales.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP with experience in customizing forms, workflows, and reports. Certification on this segment is must
• Familiarity with Suite Script, SQL, or other data management tools
• Experience with data management tools and practices, including data cleansing, validation, and data governance
• Knowledge of integrations with CRM, PLM, and other automotive industry software.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with users across different departments.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data sets and projects simultaneously
