Job Duties
Under direct supervision, has basic knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology through formal education. Possesses basic awareness of existing and emerging technology and drilling practices. Able to apply the accepted mainstay process under guidance. Understands individual value contribution to project teams. Is not involved in customer contacts and has no involvement in business development activities. Communication skills must include: effective verbal, written, and effective listening skills. Effectively manages their time to perform the accountabilities of their job. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected. This is a field position. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.
