The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, calm, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a private family and their growing family office, operating between London and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision and discretion. Key Responsibilities Diary & Schedule Management: • Coordinate complex diaries across time zones, manage daily schedules, and work closely with the London-based PA for seamless alignment. Travel Coordination: • Plan and oversee all travel logistics, including private jet bookings, flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring every trip runs smoothly. Communication & Liaison: • Build strong relationships with key contacts and service providers while managing sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Operational Support: • Oversee drivers, track key tasks and appointments, and ensure smooth coordination of personal and business activities.
Requirements
Key Attributes • Exceptionally organised and calm under pressure. • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and professional. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of PA experience in Dubai, ideally supporting high-profile individuals or family offices. • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple time zones. • Strong logistics and travel management experience (including private jet arrangements). • Tech-savvy and confident with scheduling tools. • Based in Dubai; no travel required for this role. • Full UAE Driving License required. • Language: English (French or Spanish preferred).
