Job Description

Partner Account Manager, G&L:
Responsible for total sales results (of all Lines of Business) and (Customer Services) services assigned to the Channel Partner in the assigned territory.

Your role:

Responsible for defining and effectively executing the Philips-Partner Strategy to sustainably grow the business.
This includes, as main point of Partner contact, the creation and execution of a joint business plan and capability development of Partner to
drive and achieve set (yearly) targets.

In addition, a Partner Account Manager understands the optimized Go to Market set-up in the assigned
territory and will drive it accordingly (in alignment with Regional Management Strategy).

Depending on the size and complexity of the business, a Partner Account Manager can manage one or more Partners.

You're the right fit if:

• Degree level education or equivalent

• Experience in sales or account management/channel management in medical devices is a must,

• Experience in dealing with Distributors or Dealers

• Experience of working within and preferably leading a cross functional team

• Fluent in English verbal and written is a must have

• International business experience

• Cultural awareness

• Availability to travel
