This role involves:

• Assisting with the management and execution of LED scope of work, as well as assist in managing the various Partner accounts, including day-to-day communications, activations, campaigns, Partner trackers and more.
• Managing end-to-end account and premium guest relations by delivering concierge-level service, coordinating seamless onboarding and communications, and conducting data-driven analysis of event feedback, financials, and market trends.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Business Administration.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
• Previous experience in events.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
