We're seeking a creative and passionate Pastry Chef to craft innovative desserts and pastries that inspire and delight while helping drive our continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and other desserts in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure that all pastries and desserts are of the highest quality and presentation.
• Create new and innovative pastry recipes, menus, and desserts to enhance the offerings and meet customer preferences.
• Supervise and train junior pastry staff, ensuring consistency in execution and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Monitor the production process to ensure timely and accurate completion of pastry orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and effective communication within the kitchen.
• Handle special dietary requests and adjust recipes as needed (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, etc.).
• Assist in the creation and presentation of seasonal and themed dessert menus.
  
  

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a high-end bakery, hotel, or restaurant.
• A degree or certification in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and decoration styles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in designing and presenting desserts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
