Job Summary
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and reporting for our workforce. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and expertise in payroll software.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing – Accurately calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, WPS, and tax regulations.
Data Integrity – Maintain and audit employee payroll records.
Reporting – Generate payroll reports for finance, HR, and management.
Employee Queries – Resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly.
System Management – Utilize payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bayzat) for efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of UAE payroll experience (mandatory).
Expertise in WPS (Wage Protection System) and UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Bayzat).
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail & confidentiality.
