Responsibilities
- 7+years of experience in Pega and 3-4 years of experience in Pega CDH
- Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant
- Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.
- Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.
- Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions
- Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective
- Pega Lead system architect.
- Knowledge in externalization of Cassandra, KAFKA, Elastic search
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
