Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid/remote role for a People Operations Specialist at ClearGrid. The specialist will be responsible for managing our people operations, HR policies, benefits, personnel management, and overall HR operations to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.

• Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
