We are searching for a passionate, detail-oriented, and business-minded People Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This is not your typical office manager role — you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations, employee compliance, and exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & Employee Experience

Serve as the go-to person for all employee inquiries across functions and locations, ensuring quick resolutions and a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

Liaise with the company’s PRO to coordinate visa applications, work permits, medicals, Emirates ID processing, and renewals in compliance with UAE laws (both onshore and freezone).

Prepare, issue, and track employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in line with labour law and internal policies.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate and execute engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they have all tools, access, and resources from day one.

HR Process Improvement & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws, freezone regulations, and immigration requirements.

Keep up to date with changes in legislation and proactively update processes and policies.

Identify and implement process improvements for people operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of HR workflows, checklists, and process guides.

Office Management & Procurement

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional, safe, and productive work environment.

Handle on-the-ground procurement, vendor management, and supplier negotiations for the Dubai office.

Manage permit applications for move-ins, events, and building access.

Coordinate maintenance, office supplies, and facility requirements.

Culture & Engagement

Support company-wide people and culture initiatives such as onboarding programs, cultural events, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.

Assist in planning and executing in-office events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

Act as a culture champion, ensuring the office reflects the company’s values

Qualifications

Experience: 3–4 years in People Operations, HR Administration, or Office Management in the UAE.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labour law (onshore & freezone) and immigration processes.

Skills:

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; HRIS and data reporting experience a plus.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Mindset: Sharp, proactive, and business-oriented — with the ability to balance operational execution and strategic thinking.
