We are looking for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to support our finance executives in the daily running of the business, being familiar with the below key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.

Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to support our finance executives in the daily running of the business, being familiar with the below key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations within the executive department.
- Daily organization of all incoming mail, calls and tracing file.
- Strong support to the finance executives with all office administration.
- Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Act as an internal mediator between the finance and other departments.
- Actively participate in projects.
- Represent the hotel group internally and externally.
- Organize travel arrangements for the finance executives.
- Participate in meetings, prepare meeting minutes.
