Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

• Offer personalized service that is attentive to the needs of VIP guests.
• Coordinate and assist with check-in and check-out, ensuring an impeccable reception.
• Arrange and fulfill special requests, such as restaurant reservations, tours, and events.
• Assist in cleaning rooms, organizing luggage and laundry service.
• Serve meals and beverages in guestrooms or private areas as required.
• Maintain ongoing communication with hotel staff to promptly respond to guest requests.
• Anticipate guests’ wishes and preferences, ensuring an exclusive and differentiated service.
• Ensure maximum discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail in customer service.
• Know and suggest hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Support for guests' needs and requests, being able to anticipate them throughout their stay in a very detailed manner, with etiquette and protocol at the highest service standards.
• Functions according to luxury standards;
• Reception of guests according to expected standards;
