Join the vibrant haus & haus Marketing Team as our Photographer/Videographer, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to prioritize and schedule upcoming property shoots. Your role involves recommending strategies for optimal outcomes and efficiencies, creating versatile content for various channels, including web, social media, and direct communications. Proactively staying updated on market trends, you'll suggest creative approaches to engage audiences and showcase properties uniquely.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow briefs independently and produce high-quality video content for property tours, marketing campaigns, events and social media.
• Capture professional photography across real estate, portraits and events.
• Lead production from pre-production planning through to final delivery.
• Edit polished, engaging content with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour grading and sound design.
• Confidently set up shoots, including lighting, composition, equipment and angles.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to deliver on brief.
• Stay current with creative trends, editing styles and evolving social formats.
• Content Production: Coordinate and capture professional photographs and videos, showcasing both exterior and interior aspects of properties, highlighting essential rooms and the flow of space.
• Collaboration and Set-Up: Work with brokers and stakeholders to ensure proper pre-production set-up, including staging, lighting, and arrangement for the shoot.
• Editing and Post-Production: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for editing and post-production of materials to ensure high-quality output.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in video production, photography and editing.
• Strong ability to set up shoots confidently (lighting, angles, composition, equipment).
• Experience with flash photography is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Bonus: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Cinema 4D
• Strong technical knowledge of lighting, composition and camera systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate content creation experience in Dubai.
• A portfolio demonstrating both videography and photography work.
• Valid Dubai driver’s license and own car.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
