Core Accountabilities

  • ­ Assist in the development of comprehensive contract plans for sales and distribution of small arms products.
  • ­ Monitor contract timelines, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • ­ Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Production, Finance) to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • ­ Support the Business Development team by providing market analysis, sales forecasts, and business insights.
  • ­ Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities related to small arms sales.
  • ­ Evaluate potential risks associated with contract obligations and sales agreements.
  • ­ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and governmental policies.
  • ­ Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all contract activities, including amendments and renewals.
  • ­ Generate regular reports on contract performance, compliance status, and financial implications.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, government agencies, and internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and project execution.
  • ­ Address client inquiries and resolve contract-related issues promptly.
  • ­ Identify areas for process enhancement in contract management and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • ­ Support the development of best practices in planning and execution within the Contract Section.

Experience & Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related field is preferred.
