PMC Engineering Manager

Job Description

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Engineering Manager for one of our key clients in Abu Dhabi for downstream project within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.

Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates with require business trips to South Korea

Responsibilities

The successful candidate shall perform below duties

• Managing and leading, supporting and supervising the discipline engineering teams on the assigned scope(s) of work
• Management of key stakeholders in the execution and delivery of contracted activities
• Developing and retaining motivated and competent people
• Undertaking the role of process owner
• Driving and leading on opportunities for innovation

Expected

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Experience of Concept / FEED / Detailed Design project phases
• Minimum of 20 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in methanol projects
