Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day HR operations for our warehouse team and ensure a smooth and efficient employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

This role is critical in maintaining data accuracy, supporting process improvements, and upholding compliance with labor laws and internal policies. You’ll be the go-to person for employee queries, onboarding coordination, and operational HR support within the People team — specifically focused on our warehouse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Systems

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (e.g., ZenHR).
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all employee-related actions including promotions, transfers, offboarding, and contract renewals.
• Prepare HR letters, employment verifications, and internal memos as needed.
  
  

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate onboarding processes, including document collection, induction scheduling, and system setup.
• Support offboarding activities such as exit interviews, asset returns, and clearance documentation.
  
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure HR policies and processes comply with UAE labor law.
• Manage visa, insurance, and government-related documentation in collaboration with PROs.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support internal and external audits as needed.
  
  

Payroll & Leave Management

• Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs (leaves, absences, benefits).
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
  
  

Employee Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and wellness activities.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve the employee experience.
• Support digital transformation projects within HR, including automation and tool enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS) and payroll coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required.
