Role
We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Private Office Executive to join the team for Janu Middle East, based in Dubai. As the front-facing representative of the Janu brand, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients, residence owners, and Amanjunkie (VIP guest) communities, ensuring that every interaction reflects Janu’s philosophy of social wellness, connection, and understated luxury.
Reporting to the Regional Manager of Private Office – Residences EMEA, this role bridges client relationships with operational excellence, ensuring a seamless delivery of Private Office benefits, retention programmes, and sales support across Janu’s growing portfolio of hotels and residences in the Middle East.

Role
We are seeking a charismatic and detail-oriented Private Office Executive to join the team for Janu Middle East, based in Dubai. As the front-facing representative of the Janu brand, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients, residence owners, and Amanjunkie (VIP guest) communities, ensuring that every interaction reflects Janu’s philosophy of social wellness, connection, and understated luxury.
Reporting to the Regional Manager of Private Office – Residences EMEA, this role bridges client relationships with operational excellence, ensuring a seamless delivery of Private Office benefits, retention programmes, and sales support across Janu’s growing portfolio of hotels and residences in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Janu brand as the first point of contact for clients, residence owners, and VIP guests, delivering highly personalised service.
- Oversee daily office management, logistics, and inventory for Janu’s corporate regional office and sales gallery.
- Act as a liaison between UHNW buyer prospects and Janu’s residences and hotels, ensuring exceptional relationship management.
- Manage inbound sales leads, verify prospects, and coordinate timely follow-ups using CRM systems (Salesforce, Peoplevine, Monday).
- Provide insights on buyer segmentation, campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI to optimise outreach.
- Support the preparation of monthly sales and marketing dashboards and reporting packs for internal teams and developer stakeholders.
- Develop market intelligence packs on luxury residential trends, competitor benchmarks, and pricing.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and digital teams to refine messaging and audience targeting.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate presentations and marketing reports.
- At least three years of experience in client relations within the luxury sector.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally also speak Arabic or French, which would be a strong advantage.
- Highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring entrepreneurial energy.
- Sociable, personable, and able to build meaningful relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Excellent presentation skills and can tailor communication effectively across diverse audiences.
