Process Optimisation Analyst

Ciklum is looking for a Process Optimisation Analyst to join our team full-time in Dubai.

About the role:
As a Process Optimisation Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders across all levels to identify and deliver new process re-engineering opportunities
- Support the generation and prioritisation of opportunities across a range of customer groups, creating roadmaps focused on quick wins and short/mid-term implementations
- Process Analysis & Optimisation:
- Conduct process diagnostics and current state assessments through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement, prioritising recommendations to drive business value
- Lead end-to-end process re-engineering projects independently or in collaboration with team members, coordinating closely with business SMEs and technical specialists
- Map and model as is and to be processes in BPMN tools allowing better management of core business processes
- Ability to understand how the changes need to be reconfigured back into applications
- Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage Medium profile projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
- Apply business process re-engineering techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to streamline operations and improve efficiencies
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise:
- Certified in Six Sigma or Lean Management (Green Belt or higher)
- Proficient in process modelling techniques, tools, frameworks, and standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
- Experience with at least one Business Process Management (BPM) platform (e.g., Bizagi, ARIS or Signavio)
- Ability to map, model, and document end-to-end business processes effectively
- Analytical & Leadership Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to identify and interpret business change requirements
- Demonstrated experience in re-designing complex, multi-function business processes
- Proven ability to lead change management activities and drive successful project outcomes
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a virtual, global environment
- Project & Time Management:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desirable:
- Experience with related BPM capabilities such as Process/Task Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code Automation, and workflow tools
- Experience working within the Public Sector with proven results in change management
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices
