Summary
- Support day-to-day procurement operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, samples, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in preparing comparative statements, purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all activities meet compliance and audit standards.
- Accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation.
- Timely processing of purchase orders and support to internal stakeholders.
- Supplier response and delivery reliability.
- Compliance with procurement procedures and audit requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree , supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field, preferably within a multinational or complex business environment.
- Ability to carefully review contract terms and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholders, resolving disputes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and generate reports.
- Proficient in procurement systems, and Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills.
