Job Brief:

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our HVAC duct fabrication team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production efficiency, ensuring quality control, and continuously improving fabrication processes. Candidates with experience in ducting or HVAC manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize Production Processes: Analyze and monitor HVAC duct fabrication operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce stringent quality control measures and ensure all products meet specifications and industry standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to materials, machinery, and workflow interruptions.
• Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with procurement and operations to control production expenses and reduce material waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency aligned with company goals.
• Staff Development: Train and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC or duct fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, material handling, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and improve operational performance.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
