The Role
? Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. ? Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency. ? Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries. ? Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, schedule preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate repairs.

Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationalities ? 30 years old and below ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint production or a related paint manufacturing industry ? Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field preferred ? Knowledge of quality control and Lean Manufacturing principles ? Must be proficient in using production software and systems
