Mandatory skillsStrong experience in end to end implementation of Corporate Credit and Limit Management solutions.
Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices. Ability to assess and mitigate credit risks effectively.
Proficiency in managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in corporate credit and risk management.
Experience with core banking platforms and credit risk analytics tools.
Desired Skills Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience working with API integrations and digital transformation projects in corporate banking.
Understanding of data analytics and AI driven credit risk assessment models.
Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities Lead the end to end delivery of Corporate Credit and Limit Management product implementations.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
Oversee risk management, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
Drive process improvements, ensuring efficiency in credit underwriting and monitoring.
Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design for credit and limit management functionalities.
Ensure smooth integration of the solution with existing banking platforms and risk management systems.
Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Overall years of experience 15+ years in project management within banking.
Relevant years of experience 10+ years specifically in Corporate Credit, Risk Management, and Limit Management systems.
Industry & Education background Industry: Banking, Financial Services, Fintech.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent certifications.
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
