Job Title: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects from start to finish.
· Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and work.
· Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
· Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking project expenses.
· Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the project team.
· Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, FEWA requirements, and local authorities.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 2–5 years of UAE construction experience; RAK project experience is highly preferred.
· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of UAE building codes, FEWA approvals, and municipal requirements.
Preferred:
· Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects in RAK or other UAE emirates.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
