Job Brief:

A leading interior fitout and joinery company is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fitout projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience within the fitout and joinery industry, with a strong focus on quality execution, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of interior fitout and joinery projects.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track progress and resolve issues.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Manage procurement, material approvals, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the interior fitout and joinery industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale commercial and residential fitout projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning software and construction processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
