What You´ll Do
- Review tender documents including technical specifications, contractual terms, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with factory teams and global partners to prepare accurate cost estimates and standard rates.
- Compile and submit commercial and technical bids with profitability analysis and management approvals.
- Communicate with clients for clarifications, updates, and amendments related to tender documentation.
- Collaborate with BD, CSD, and ISC teams to ensure scope alignment and on-time bid delivery.
- Manage and update Salesforce, quotation logs, project trackers, and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and OSHAD standards and actively support HSE initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or steel fabrication/coating industries.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical specifications, and commercial documentation.
- Proven ability to independently manage bids and support sales teams in securing strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, cost control, and margin analysis.
